Clock one: the credential

When	What
T − 6 mo	Earliest recert date: ASSE allows renewing up to six months early without losing time. Book here if the season allows.
T − 4 mo	Class booked. Gauge calibration current and documented.
T − 3 mo	Bench practice for the practical at working speed.
T − 1 mo	Last safe window to be booked.
Expiry	A lapsed card tests nothing, and every route customer becomes available to whoever answers the phone.

Clock two: the customer year

When	What
Due − 8 wk	Reminder goes out.
Due − 4 wk	Second touch for the unbooked. Silence is how routes leak.
Test day	Field log at the assembly, tag hung, repair conversation on site.
Due + 1 wk	Report filed, ledger updated, next-due written. Not done until this line is.
